Delicious Homemade VIVO Kefir – Healthy metabolism. Gut health. Losing weight. Reducing the risk of cancer. Suppressing the development of pathogenic bacteria. Natural. Homemade. I’ve talked quite a bit about VIVO Yogurt Starters in the past few months, but I have to admit that if there is one food that we try to consume every single day in our household, it is kefir.
